The picturesque Firth of Forth coastline forms the backdrop to this scenic Half Marathon, Relay and Family Fun Run which took place on Sunday 16 March 2008.

Results
A fast, flat course is what was promised, and the coastal route from Cramond to Musselburgh has certainly delivered.
Last years' Dundee Half Marathon winner, Michael Carroll, added another half marathon title to his tally coming home in a winning time of 1:08:48. Behind him were Derby Trotters' Ian Williams (1:09:35) and City of Edinburgh AC athlete, Jason Roxburgh (1:09:53), with Ronhill Cambuslang Harriers duo Robert Gilroy (1:11:17) and Christopher Wilson (1:13:26) filling the remaining top 5 places.
In the womens race, City of Stoke AC athlete and Great Britain international Michelle Ross-Cope finished first in a winning time of 1:16:12. That time placed her 11th overall. Behind her were Edinburgh Triathlete Alison Rowatt (1:21:39), London Heathside runner Angela Howe (1:23:25), local runner Jill Morrow (1:23:46) of Portobello RC with Helen Pearson (1:25:29) from Cornwall AC filling the other top 5 places.
